Shipping Policy

Tracking numbers are sent when Canada Post scans your package at their sorting facility — not immediately when you receive our “Shipped” email.

You will receive the tracking email directly from Canada Post later that same evening.

Important: Canada Post’s basic insurance covers only up to $100 for lost, missing, or stolen parcels.

Please purchase ROUTE insurance if you require coverage above $100.

Current Canada Post Delays

Canada Post is mostly back to “new normal,” with delays of approximately 0–2 days. Depending on your region, delays may be slightly shorter or longer. We update expected delays based on real-time customer deliveries.

If your delivery is time-sensitive, we recommend requesting an alternate shipping option:

  • Purolator

Investigation Policy

If you start your own investigation with Canada Post, we cannot assist until it is closed.

Please contact us first so we can open, monitor, and follow through the investigation correctly.

Lithium-Ion Battery Shipping

Lithium batteries can no longer ship via Xpresspost. Any order containing batteries will be downgraded to Expedited shipping, which may add 1–4 days depending on your region.

Estimated Shipping Times (Within Canada)

  • Local: Next business day
  • Regional (Ontario): 1–2 business days
  • National: 2–6 business days

Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Expedited: $10 (orders $10–$99)
  • Xpresspost: $15+ based on region
  • Orders over $99 (before tax): Free Expedited Shipping

You can upgrade to Xpresspost at checkout.

Same Day Delivery

Available in Greater GTA. It will automatically appear at checkout when eligible. You may also check the service map under “SAME DAY GTA+ DELIVERY”.

Address Requirements

If the address is incomplete, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus shipping charges.

Always include apartment/unit numbers.

Shipping Within Canada

We only ship within Canada — no international shipping.

Order Cutoff Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm EST ship the same day when possible.

Due to high demand, we currently recommend placing orders before 6:00am EST for same-day dispatch.

Small/Low-Value Orders

If you’d like to purchase a small item below the flat-rate shipping minimum, email us with the item and your postal code for an exact quote.

Glass Products & Risk Notice

Canada Post does not cover glass damage. Shipping glass (tanks, bongs, etc.) is at your own risk unless you purchase third-party package insurance.

Missing / Lost Packages

If Canada Post charges return shipping on incorrect addresses or refused packages, these costs must be paid by the customer.

Age Verification & Delivery

All orders require ID and signature for proof of age (19+). Missing ID may result in the package being returned with additional charges deducted before refunds.

Damaged or Missing Products

You must report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

Out-of-Stock / Stock Errors

If an item is out of stock, we will email you. If you do not reply within 48 hours, we will refund the item and ship the rest.

Canada Post Claims Process

Investigations for missing/damaged mail require cooperation. Failure to respond may result in claim denial.

Store Pickup Instructions

  1. Create an account at airportvape.com
  2. Add items to cart
  3. Checkout using your home address & choose Expedited
  4. Select “Interac Email Money Transfer”
  5. In Order Comments, specify pickup location

Example: “I would like to pick up my order from the Brampton store and pay in cash.”

Restocking Fee

Unclaimed packages or refused deliveries incur a 15% restocking fee + shipping. This does not apply to warranty returns.

Remote Locations

Remote-region surcharges and longer delivery times may apply per Canada Post policies.

Oversized / Heavy Orders

We may downgrade shipping or send a quote for actual shipping cost for oversized or bulky orders.
