Our Warranty Policy
We now provide a no-charge extended 90-day warranty period from the date of purchase.
Most products include a manufacturer warranty. Since each supplier has different timelines and procedures, we handle all valid warranty claims within the first 90 days on your behalf.
After verifying the issue with our technician, we will send you a replacement if the manufacturer warranty applies. We take care of dealing with the manufacturer — you don't need to worry.
Return Authorization
All products returned to Airport Vape require a Customer Return Authorization Number (CRA#). Please email customer service with your product details and the issue you’re experiencing.
We will begin evaluating your case immediately and arrange your return and replacement if applicable. Manufacturers now require serial numbers for all warranty items — without them, replacements cannot be issued.
Products Without Warranty
The following items have no warranty due to their nature, usage, or manufacturer limitations:
- RBA, RBT, Hybrids (due to user-built components)
- Mechanical mods (dependent on user builds)
- Glass tanks and juices (shipping carriers do not insure glass)
- Atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks, drip tips
- Products involving wood, stabilized wood, simulated or patterned materials (cannot be returned due to color/pattern preference)
Modifications & Software
Airport Vape cannot be responsible for warranty or replacement claims for hardware or software that has been modified after delivery. Any firmware or software issues must be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
Physical modifications of any product void the warranty.
Shipping & Insurance
- Missing packages, missing items, or damaged goods are investigated by Canada Post.
- A ticket number will be provided for tracking the investigation.
- Replacements are issued only after Canada Post completes and approves the claim.
- Items under $10 retail value will not be shipped separately; a store credit will be issued instead.
If a package is refused or not picked up, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return fees.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending products back for evaluation. If the product is confirmed to have a warrantable defect, the replacement will be shipped at no charge.
If the product is deemed not defective, return shipping costs apply.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and carry no warranty as they are priced below cost for clearance purposes.
Brand-Specific Note
Warranty for Joyetech / Wismec products is void if used with Smoktech products, as per the manufacturer's policy.
